Stover Takes Softball Skills to Culver Stockton

     Chillicothe High School Senior Lillian Stover has signed a letter of intent to play Softball next year at Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri.
     Stover stated she chose Culver Stockton for a variety of reasons, including a family connection.

     Culver Stockton Wildcat coach Jordan Bastian, in her third season as Head Coach, stated Stover was recruited for a number of reasons, not just for her athletic skills.

     Culver Stockton went 32-17 last season. This year's season begins February 27th. They are an NAIA School in the Heart of American Conference.
     In her senior season, Stover helped lead the team to a district championship. She hit 260 with 12 hits including 2 doubles and 10 runs scored. As 1st Baseman, she had 33 put outs in 21 games with just 3 errors and a fielding % of .917.
