Chillicothe Senior Elizabeth Sivill fired a 4-over par
78 on the difficult Shirkey Golf Club to earn top medalist honors in
the Richmond Girls Golf Invitational. Sivill is believed to be the
first Lady Hornet to win the Richmond tournament, and her 4-over was
just one stroke off the 18-hole school record.
Sivill’s round helped lead the Lady Hornets to a
respectable 9th place finish in what is considered one of the most
difficult tournaments in western Missouri.
