Hornets Basketball

The Chillicothe Hornets fought off poor shooting in the
first half to beat Trenton in Boys Basketball 68-57. The two
teams traded baskets much of the first half, but a 12-0 run by
Chillicothe in the third quarter gave them a 10 point lead.
Trenton closed the game to 5points later in the
third but could get no closer. The Bulldogs 6'7" inside player
Chris Flowers went down with a slight ankle injury in the 4th
quarter. He returned later but failed to restore his shooting
touch.
Chillicothe had balanced scoring with 4 players
in double figures and a fifth one just one point from double
