The Chillicothe Girls Golf team (5-0) played
9 holes at the Cameron Memorial Golf Course against Cameron, Benton and
Lafayette. The Hornets won with a score of 201, followed by Lafayette's
220, Cameron 234, and Benton only had 3 players. Hornet freshman Hallie
Jones was medalist with a score of 46, followed by 2016 state qualifier,
junior Lexi Hargrave with a score of 47. Hallie parred holes five and
nine. Lexi parred the par 3 seventh hole. Hannah Haakonstad, Maddie Lamp,
and Riley Brobst each shot a 54. Maddie Lamp parred the par 5 eighth hole
and Riley Brobst parred the par 3 third hole. |
