        Chillicothe opened up a close first quarter but pulled away in the second to beat Trenton for the second time this season, this one in the opening round of the District Tournament..
     Trenton led by one point briefly late in the first quarter but that was their main highlight. Chillicothe poured on the points in the second quarter and led by 26 early in the third quarter.
     Unofficially Chillicothe shot 15 of 16 from two point range and 6 of 12 from behind the arc in the first half.
     Chillicothe's Westley Brandsgaard became just the 5th Hornets player in history to score 1,500 career points, joining Justin Bland, Mitch Parrish, Eric Hemmer and Jerry Parrish.
