A buzzer beating basket
gave upset minded Savannah a one point win in front of a loud
crowd in the Savages court warming crowd.
In back and forth ball game, Savannah closed a
five-point Chillicothe lead late in the game to close it to
one point. They stole the inbounds pass and called a time out.
Despite a solid Hornets defense, Savannah's Ethan
Dudeck missed a shot off the backboard, but Alex Hopper, a
senior, darted between two Hornets on low post left, grabbed
the offensive rebound and put it up and through the hoop with
half a second left for their third win of the season |
