Chillicothe Sophomore Post Player Jaishon White had a
strong performance in a 51-39 Hornets win over Savannah
in the Savannah Tournament Consolation game. The 6'4"
White led all scorers with 14 points including six of
ten from the floor and two of four at the free throw
line.
Senior Alijah Hibner was the only other Hornet in
double figures with 12 points.
Chillicothe led by three after the first quarter and by
nine at halftime. The Hornets were also strong on the
boards with Sol'jier Allen and Kenyan Gannan each
getting nine rebounds and James Mathew with eight.
With the win, the Hornets have evened out their
record at 2-and-2.
