      The Hornets picked up another win on the season over Plate Valley, comprised of a co-op  sports arrangement between South Nodaway and Jefferson Schools. The late addition to the schedule wqs due to some games this season being cancelled due to weather.
     Platte Valley at times had trouble matching up defensively with the Hornets height of 6'5" James Mathew and 6'4" Jaishon White.
     The Hornets trailed by three points after the first quarter, but out scored Platte Valley 21 to 10 in the second quarter and led the rest of the game,
