     The Chillicothe Lady Hornets celebrated Senior Night 2025 at Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium on Tuesday night. The visiting Cameron Lady Dragons came to town in an MEC Conference Match up.
     Chillicothe would get on the board early and continue to pressure the Lady Dragons all night.
      Freshman Charlee Hibner would score off an assist from Freshman Ashlynn Daughtery to make it 1-0. Hibner would continue to be a thorn in the side of the Lady Dragon defense as she scored again in the 29th minute off an assist from Senior Allie West to make it 2-0. The score would hold to halftime.
      In the second half, Hibner would continue with her scoring ways and earn the hat-trick to make it 3-0 off an assist from Junior Hayden Hanson in the 56th minute. Hansen and Hibner would change roles on the 4th goal of the evening when Hansen put in the shot to make it 4-0 late in the game.
      But Senior Night wouldn’t be right without a special goal on the evening. A well-timed run to the box by Senior Allie West with a smooth cross into the box to a trailing Senior Alikai Walker would make the score 5-0 when Walkers shot went past the Lady Dragon keeper. It was Walkers first career goal for the Lady Hornets.
      Cameron would add a late goal to make the final 5-1 in favor of the Lady Hornets. Layla McKinnis was in goal for the Lady Hornets and did a fantastic job.
      A special shout out to our seniors – Allie West, Emerson Stefancik, Alikai Walker and Senior Managers Keonnia Morgan and Geovanna Oliviera-Serra. Thank you for everything you have done for our program over the years. You will be missed!!!
